Netball Tournament

Last week on Wednesday, our school netball team went to the AMI Netball Courts to proudly represent Ruapotaka School. Running from side to side, throwing the ball to our teammates and shooting the ball in the hoop were fun but tiring at the same time. After a lot of rounds of games, the netball tournament was finally finished. We were good enough to be placed third and came back to school happy!

Team Maranatha's Fruit Kebabs

About a few weeks ago, my team and I: Heilala, Anavea, Meana, Lupe, James, Azahar, Jack and I made a short movie about being healthy. While planning out our lines for our movie, we decided to add some fruit kebabs in them. Plan, planning, planned! Finally everything was in place for our movie. Fruits, skewers, knives and even students were ready. Then finally, we started. Lines done, everybody happy because everything is finally finished. Eat, eat, eat. The kebabs were finished and our movie as well.

Softball Tournament!

Wednesday was a pretty busy day for me and the softball team: running around, then across the field to who we were playing against and later up the hill for a little drink of water. We played against a lot of hard schools such as Sylvia Park and Pt England. We all tried our best to come first though. Anyway, finally that's over.

Touch Rugby Practice

Sadly today was the last Touch Rugby Practice with Trevor, who is the funny guy that embarrassed Heilala in front of everyone. Well, that’s me being sad since I didn't get to say a great goodbye to Trevor. (tears-tears) I hope he comes back and teaches us Touch Rugby again. Red Team Up!
